The following are all accepted: Bank statements. Utility bills such as gas,
electricity or water. Mobile phone bills. Official government
The statement/bill must be no more than 3 months old.
It must be a hard copy that you received in the post to your house.
Online statements or printouts cannot be accepted for security reasons.
The statement/bill must show your name and full address.
The entire document must be shown in full, but any unrelated transaction
information may be obscured.
To send in your documents
By Email - Simply take a digital photo of the required documents
and reply to the email your were sent requesting the documents with your attached images.
By Post - Take a copy of your documents and post it to the address
provided on the email you received.
